Our Story

Founded at the intersection of research and practice.

Excolo Communication was founded by Jessica Neff and Kimberlie Stephens, executive coaches and communication strategy consultants with over three decades of combined experience.

They help leaders transform their organizations through communication at every level — from large-scale change initiatives and strategic planning to team dynamics, conflict resolution, and the high-stakes conversations that define leadership.

Excolo — from the Latin: to cultivate, refine, and perfect.
